Eligibility of JBT Haryana
  • The candidate should have a residence certificate of any state.
  • The minimum Education Qualification for Admission to these courses is as given below:-
  • Diploma in Education/ JBT (DED) Eligibility:
  • The candidate should have a residence certificate of any state.
  • The Candidate should have passed their 12th Class/ Senior Secondary Examination or equivalent with at least 50 marks will be eligible for Ded/ JBT Course.
  • Matric examination passed with Hindi/ Sanskrit subject.
  • Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) Eligibility:
  • The candidates should have passed their Senior Secondary/ 12th class (10+2) examination from BSEH, Bhiwani Board with at least 50% marks or its equivalent examination with five subjects including passed English as one of the subjects.
  • There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in minimum qualifying marks for the candidates of SC, BC and Differently abled.
  • The candidates should have passed their secondary/ 10th class exam with Hindi/ Sanskrit as one of the subjects.
  • Diploma in Elementary Education Urdu D.El.Ed (U) Eligibility:
  • The candidates should have passed Urdu in Secondary (10th class) Examination from BSEH, Bhiwani Board or any other Board having equivalent examinations with BSEH, Bhiwani Board.
DED Haryana Reservation Details

As per instructions issued by Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, General Services – III Branch, there will be reservation in admission as under (subject to change by State Government) is given below:-

  • Scheduled Castes (SC): 20%
  • Block- A (BCA): 16%
  • Block-B (BCB): 11%
  • Physically Challenged (PHC): 3%
  • Blindness or no vision (BL): 1.5%
  • Locomotive Disability (LD): 1.5%
  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 10%
D.EL.ED Course Fee Details

Self Financed Institutions Fees: Fee for Self Financed Institutions in the state of Haryana is Rs.25, 800/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Only) annually as per notification excluding actual examination fees as prescribed by the examination body. The 2nd year fees are the same as per notification will be paid in the institution after completion of 1st year examination. In detail, visit the official website of DEDHARYANA.ORG.

D.EL.ED Admission Important Points
  • Firstly, Candidates should apply only through the online application process available on the website @DED Haryana www.dedharyana.org or link through the council website @SCERT www.scertharyana.gov.in.
  • Secondly, candidates should fill their category properly to avail of the benefit of the reserved category.
  • Also, the Candidate should retain a copy of his/her Online Application Form.
  • Candidates should not forget to mention their stream (Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Vocational) in the online application form. If fails, they will not be considered on the merit list.
  • Now, Candidates should apply separately for D.El.Ed. and D.El.Ed (Urdu).
  • Candidates should apply separately for village seats and other than village seats.
  • Candidates must upload his/ her photograph, Aadhar Card Number, and signature on the online application form.
  • The incomplete online application form will not be captured by the system. Candidates must ensure that all details are correct before the Approve Form button clicked.
  • After approval, candidates will not be able to change their details. Only they can edit/change the choices.
  • At last, Three Options for Fee Payment have been provided i.e. (Bank Challan, Credit/ Debit Card & Net Banking).
D.EL.ED Admission General Instructions
  • Now, Candidates must fill at least 05 institutions of their own choice.
  • Given that, the candidates will be required to attend classes for a minimum of 200 working days excluding examination and admission days for appearing in each year examination of D.El.Ed.–I/II year.
  • In fact, he fees funds/ other dues will be charged as per instructions issued by the Govt/ School Education department from time to time.
